Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy | Rivera Store


At Rivera, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Due to the nature of our products and in adherence to global “Health and Safety” standards, we offer you the option of return or exchange under the following conditions:


1. Time and Financial Conditions

• Review Period: Return requests are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Return Fee: A fee of 35 (administrative fee and return shipping cost) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Payment Refunds (Apple Pay, Mada, Visa/Mastercard, STC Pay): The refund process takes between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the policy of the issuing bank.

• Payment Refunds (Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery): Due to specific settlement procedures, this process takes between 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the product.


2. Product Condition Requirements

The returned product must be in its original condition:

• The lace must be intact and not cut or altered in any way.

• The product must be unused, free from any fragrances, and in its original packaging.

• The wig must not be washed, styled, or treated with any chemicals.


We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions and will return the product to the customer at their own expense.
